These will be shipped in Flat Rate boxes so the size & total value of the items will be the determining factor in how many pieces you receive. If you have a preference for a larger amount of small items or several large items let me know when checking out! You’ll also be able to tell me your style preferences at that time. I will not be accepting returns simply because you do not like the items sent to you, that’s part of the risk of a personalized mystery box. However, if your items arrive to you damaged or there is another issue please take photos and reach out immediately so I can help resolve the situation.
Due to the fact that postage isn’t always the most careful with packages and shipping multiple items together can cause them to jostle against each other I will not be shipping thin glass or other very fragile items. Hopefully this will help everything arrive to you in one lovely piece!
Estimated turn-around time (from order to delivery to the post office for shipping) is 1 to 2 weeks. Picking personalized items should be thoughtful & I want to be sure the items you receive really speak to you as opposed to any old thing off the shelf.
